The Cooma Chamber of Commerce in conjunctions with NSW Dept of Industry and Snowy Monaro Regional Council have arranged for local training presenter Anna Marshall to present a one off Customer Service Training Session on Wednesday 7 June, venue being The Alpine Hotel 170 Sharp Street Cooma.
Chamber President Kathy Kelly told The Monaro Post “this training opportunity is fantastic for local businesses, as Anna Marshall lives in Cooma and is fully aware of all our businesses, customers and economic environment, therefore her presentations w
ill be tailored to meet their needs. Anna is a great presenter and we have been wanting her to carrying out this training for some time and the ability to access the funding under the Future Towns Funding program has now made this possible.”
So as many business owners and their staff can take advantage of attending the training two sessions are being held at different times of the day. The first being from 8.30am to 112,30pm then the same session will be presented again in the evening from 4pm until 8pm.
Funding has been made available to Snowy Monaro Regional Council from the NSW Department of Industry under the Future Towns Project, and Cooma Chamber of Commerce have come on board to assist with the ideas and facilitation for the use of this funding.
